"The driver was great, he took us straight to an awkwardly positioned Luton car park we needed without even using satnav. The driving was smooth and confident. He failed to meet and greet us, probably because the flight was delayed and we cleared the customs 15 mins after agreed time. After a couple of phone calls we agreed on a new meeting place and were soon on our way. The fare was very reasonable, especially accounting for 5gbp parking fee the driver had to pay at Heathrow."
