"I wasn't happy that we were pressured into switching to a larger vehicle by the chauffeur company. We understand that it's hard to quickly adapt to COVID regulations, but we did indicate that there were 2 of us in the Taxicode booking, so if that car type is too small for 2 people to socially distance from the driver, it shouldn't be offered on Taxicode either. Overall it was still good value even with the upgrade, so no hard feelings."
